The catalyst behind our Sales Operation Services team’s success is our customer service-minded and business-focused team members. Working collaboratively, they support the T-Mobile sales teams – both retail and business – in continually improving our operational excellence. Joining the Sales Operation Services team means becoming part of that driving force. You’ll help implement the initiatives and policies that continually evolve the strength and productivity of our sales teams. This includes managing a wide range of functional aspects that help support sales teams along every step of the process, including: real estate planning, commission and workforce planning, learning and development, innovating the customer experience, loss prevention, and defining business methods and procedures.
