Flexible spending accounts offer you a convenient, pretax way to help pay for eligible health and dependent care expenses. The pretax feature saves you money by reducing your taxable income and allows you to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars. We offer two great accounts to fit your needs: our Health Care Spending Account and our Dependent Care Spending Account.
At T-Mobile, we want our employees to enjoy peace of mind as well as their jobs. We make sure you feel covered by providing basic life insurance to all regular full-time and qualifying part-time employees. In addition, qualifying employees are eligible for short- and long-term disability after six months of continuous employment. You may also purchase additional dependent life insurance coverage to benefit your spouse and/or children.
At T-Mobile, we know it’s important to have time away from our jobs to re-energize, spend time with those we care about, and sometimes just take care of life’s little errands. Our Paid Time-Off (PTO) program allows our employees to get more flexibility, convenience, and control over how they choose to use their time off. Regular full-time and qualifying part-time employees begin accruing paid time off from the first day on the job.

Employee assistance program
Confidential help is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to all T-Mobile employees and their families. Available assistance includes counseling for personal or job-related concerns, substance abuse, legal or financial advice, and referrals for child or elder care.
When your life is balanced, you bring more to the job and you are better able to help our customers. That is one of the key reasons we implemented a Childcare Subsidy Program. The program is designed to help you better balance work and life. Eligible employees can receive a monthly contribution to help with childcare bills.
Back-up advantage care
For many working families, finding the right child or elder care solution can be challenging. To help, T-Mobile offers employees the Back-Up Care Advantage Program. This program gives employees access to a national network of high-quality care solutions for both children and adult/elderly family members during emergencies when regular care arrangements fall through.
Adopting a child can be one of life’s most rewarding experiences. In order to assist employees with this process, T-Mobile offers adoption financial assistance for eligible employees.
Employees who have completed 90 days of employment (one year for qualifying part-time employees) may be eligible for financial assistance for classes directly related to their position. Classes must be approved in advance. Reimbursement is based on the successful completion of the course.
